The Kiwanis Club annually honors seniors at North Shore High School by inviting them and their parents, at the end of the school year, to dinner to celebrate their achievements.
This year the Kiwanis club awarded 5 scholarships: the James Hebron Memorial Scholarship, $1000 for 4 years; and 4 awards for $1000 each. In addition, Kiwanis recognizes seniors graduating with more than 500 hours of community service. Pictured are the scholarship recipients and the seniors of distinction. Kiwanian Julia Salat chairperson for this committee, presented the awards at the dinner.
