The most important source of support is through the Brittany Fellowship.
The fellowship is named for Brittany Mezzancello, granddaughter of Joseph Michael Wuest, a distinguished past lieutenant governor of the Bronx-Westchester South Division, who suffered from the disease.
The award can be granted to any person. The cost is $500. For those who have received the award, additional Emerald and Diamond levels are available for $250 each.

The memory of Joseph M. Wuest is honored through the Foundation's Service Leadership Fellowship program, the Joseph Wuest Service Leadership Fellowship.
The fellowship recognizes the role K-family members in our Service Leadership Programs play in supporting the Foundation. The fellowship recognizes the smaller, yet very much appreciated, donations that come from Builders Club bake sales, Key Club car washes, K-Kids pasta dinners, Circle K happy change or Aktion Club bowling nights.
By recognizing Service Leadership Club donations of $150 with up to five fellowship pins, our Service Leadership Clubs can acknowledge the contributions of their elected officers or an entire committee by fund raising for the Pediatric Lyme Disease Foundation and donating the proceeds through the Joseph Wuest Service Leadership Fellowship program.
Recipients of the Joseph Wuest Service Leadership Fellowship receive a custom-designed lapel pin and personalized certificate. In addition, the club or division making the donation receives a banner patch.

Angie's Angels is a recognition pin in memory of the late Angela Politano, who served many years as the Foundation's president.
For a $100 contribution to the Pediatric Lyme Disease Foundation, individuals will receive a special commemorative pin and certificate. Donations help the foundation walk in Angie's Footsteps and honor her memory by supporting a cause that meant so much to her over the years.
