The Convention Starts in 42 Days

Convention Information:

• The convention will be at the Desmond Hotel in Albany
• You must be registered to attend any District functions and to receive convention rates.
• You must attend in-person to vote in either the House of Delegates or the Foundation Annual Meeting.
• Registration fees increase July 21.
• Registration fees are non-refundable after July 21.
• Online registration will end Aug. 1.

Keynote Speaker:

Tracy Schober, the Executive Director at Autism Society Greater Hudson Region, will be the keynote speaker at Friday's General Assembly. Her biography is available.

Hotel Registration:

You must register for the hotel before July 21 to be part of the district block of rooms. After that date registrations will be on a space available basis at the prevailing rates. The block code is ZKI.

Delegate Registration:

Each club in good standing is entitled to three delegates at the convention. Kiwanians who will be delegates should indicate that on their registration.

A delegate registration form also is available.

Convention Honoree:

The Convention Honoree will be Udo Glosch. Udo, a member of the Ulster club, has been greeting attendees at district Conventions and Conferences for many years.

Basket Raffle:

Each Club is asked to donate a basket or two to be raffled at the Convention. Proceeds will be donated to the Autism of America, New York Chapter.
