• The convention will be at the Syracuse Marriott Downtown
• You must be registered to attend any District functions and to receive conference rates.
• Registration fees increase July 19.

• Kiwanis is not new to the Syracuse Marriott. A history of our nearly 100-year relationship with the hotel is available.

Convention Registration:

Online registration is now closed.

Hotel Registration:

Our room block at the Downtown Syracuse Hotel for the District Convention has been closed. Overflow rooms have been arranged on a limited basis at the Best Western Syracuse Downtown which is two blocks from the Marriott.

The rate is $149 a night and includes free parking. To make a reservation call the Best Western at 315-425-0500 and ask for the Kiwanis rate.

Delegate Registration:

Each club in good standing is entitled to three delegates at the convention. Kiwanians who will be delegates should indicate that on their registration.

Convention Honoree:

Our 2024 Convention Honoree is Past Governor Doreen Pellittieri.

Please join us at the 2024 District convention in Syracuse to celebrate the vast accomplishments of Past Governor Doreen.

Having served as our district Governor for 2008-09 Kiwanis year, Governor Doreen is a good friend, teacher and provides objective counsel when needed. A member of the Webster club in the Finger Lakes division. Governor Doreen also serves as a district chair for campaign practices.

Let's celebrate her and her accomplishments. Journal ads are available.

Syracuse Mets Game

Convention attendees will have an opportunity to attend a Triple A baseball game between the Syracuse Mets and the Worcester Red Sox.

The game is at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8, at NBT Bank Stadium, about a 12-minute ride from the convention hotel. For more information on the game and to purchase tickets, see the event flyer.

Tuxedo Rental

White dinner jackets are recommended for gentlemen who will be marching in at the Governor's Gala on Saturday evening (current lieutenant governors, past governors and selected others). They are optional for all others. If you'd like to arrange a rental, the following local businesses can assist:
