On June 7 Anthony and Toni Merendino hosted a baby shower for Peninsula Kiwanis members and their spouses at their home in Woodmere. Many beautiful items were donated to help needy families. The goal of the project was to help mothers go home from the hospital with their baby and some new items for the baby. Peninsula Kiwanis donated the items to South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside.
