Two New York District Kiwanis clubs with friends and family purchased Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Center Kits. The kits will be given to organizations in their individual communities to provide assistance to responders who treat smaller children in need of smaller sized equipment.

The Kiwanis Club of Five Towns was out in full force to honor the memory of Al and Rita Bevilacqua who were avid supporters of the KPTC Foundation. President Tom Cohen introduced the Bevilacqua children who were proud to help present a scholarship award in their parents' name to Nicole Hallett. Nicole was away at college and her siblings gladly accepted for her.

David Cummo, Bob's son, and daughter-in-law Gail recognized Robert Cummo, past New York District Key Club Assistant by presenting the 2016 Robert Cummo Scholarship Awards to Marisa Flaherty, Alexa Forberg and Maheen Nasir.
