The North Shore Kiwanis Club recently honored students of the month for March and April.
The Student of the Month for March was Cleo Fleming, a senior at North Shore High School. She has 564 hours of service and is a four-year distinguished member of the North Shore Key Club. Cleo is a member of the National Honor Society, a super star on the athletic field, and an accomplished dancer and co-president of the North Shore Pulse Dance Team.
The Student of the Month for April is Alaina Van Pak, a senior at North Shore High School. She has numerous accomplishments for her four years at North Shore High school. She has been a member of the Robotics Club and named most valuable member of that elite team of North Shore students. Alaina is also a member of the Interact Club that allows her to give back to the community through outreach programs and fundraisers, and was a four-year member of the volleyball team. She also has four years on the high honor roll and is a member of the National Honor Society. She also is an artist and has been awarded a Gold Key in Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.
