Each year, the New York District recognizes Kiwanis Club members who have completed 5, 10, 15 and 20 years with Legion of Merit Certificates and corresponding pins designating the corresponding year. Club secretaries can find the Legion of Merit Request Form on the district web site. The cost for each certificate and pin is $5.95 which should be made payable by check to the New York District and sent to me with their request. Upon receiving these requests from the club secretaries, certificates are prepared and sent to the clubs along with the pins.
As this year's Chair, I am asking that club secretaries upon submitting their Legion of Merit request forms, allow at least 7 to 10 days turnaround when they need it, so that I can meet their deadline in a timely fashion.
