On January 3, 2010, the New York District Key Club Division 8 hosted a Divisional project to benefit Pediatric Lyme Disease in Bryant Park.

More than 150 members attended the event. We made a total of $800 profit and decided to donate it to the Pediatric Lyme Disease Foundation. The money raised is a Division 8 effort as a whole.

Division 8 is the largest division in the New York District with 17 Key Clubs. They are: August Martin High School, Bayside High School, Benjamin N. Cardozo High School, Christ the King High School, Forest Hills High School, Francis Lewis High School, Garden School, Grover Cleveland High School, John Adams High School, Martin Luther High School, Martin Van Buren High School, Newtown High School, Queens High School of Science, Richmond Hill High School, St. Francis Preparatory High School, and William Cullen Bryant High School.
