Members of Lockport Kiwanis Club threw a party for local children on Dec. 10 at Brad Angelo Lanes.
Upwards of 60 kids joined the Kiwanians in celebrating the holiday at the bowling alley. They enjoyed pizza and French fries in the time between hitting the lanes and singing their hearts out at karaoke.
The Kiwanians supplied the kids with plenty of candy and stocking stuffers, but perhaps the most popular person at the party was the one with the presents, the personification of Christmas spirit himself, St. Nicholas.
Santa had some help from his elves at a Lockport car dealership. The majority of the toys he brought were donated by the staff at Mike Basil Toyota.
