Riders Were Ready And Took The Nassau To Suffolk Bike Challenge 2016
The annual Nassau to Suffolk Bicycle Challenge took place June 26, beginning at Tappen Beach in Sea Cliff.
The event is organized by the North Shore Kiwanis Club to raise money for the Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Center (KPTC) as well as other charities the Kiwanis Club supports. The event was spearheaded 21 years ago by Kiwanian Tom De Stio and his family to give back to the KPTC for the life saving treatment his son received as an infant.
The club thanks the North Shore community sponsors who made this event a huge success.
