While the 5th grade members enjoyed their annual Halloween Jamboree at Bowling Green Elementary School, the Adelphi Circle K provided the younger K-Kids members the opportunity to support suicide prevention at the Halloween Haunted Ballroom.
Bowling Green K-Kids President Sofia Passariello, Mrs. Passariello, member Kailey Jones and Faculty Advisor LISC Lt. Governor Rich Santer, enjoyed a wide array of Halloween-themed carnival games and activities. From pin the head on the headless horseman to taking a whack at the pumpkin piñata, the K-Kids won prizes and made Halloween-related crafts.
President Sofia and Kailey dressed as Anna and Elsa from Disney Animated Feature Film Frozen. Their home-made costumes won the K-Kids recognition in the event’s costume contest.
