The annual meeting of the Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Center Foundation will take place at 6 p.m. on Nov. 13 at the Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center in New Hyde Park.
At the annual meeting its constituents, the downstate Kiwanis clubs, elect the directors of the foundation. The foundation has a legal obligation to have a quorum (1/4 of downstate clubs). The voting unit is the club and must be represented by the president or secretary. Clubs are asked to send an e-mail to jcorace@icmdata.com with the count. Clubs unable to attend should return a enclosed proxy authorizing the foundation secretary to vote on their behalf.
