On Friday, Aug. 1, the Kiwanis Club of Rochester will sponsor a picnic for more than 100 senior residents from several area nursing homes at the Ontario Beach Park Beachfront Pavilion. Nursing home buses will arrive at 11:30 a.m. A DJ will play 50s music and Rosco the clown will entertain. A picnic lunch will be served at noon. Senior s will re-board the buses at 1:30 p.m.
