This is the Official Call to the Officers, Directors and Members that the 93rd Annual Convention of the New York District Kiwanis International Inc. will be held at the Binghamton Regency, Binghamton, New York, from Thursday, August 18th through Sunday, Aug. 22nd, 2010.

The business to be transacted will include the completion and reporting of all 2009-2010 Administrative Year business and all such new business as is needed for the operation of the New York District for the 2010-2011 Administrative year. Included will be the election of District Officers, installation of the Board of Directors and any other business that may properly come before the delegate body. The House of Delegates will be convened on Saturday, August 21st, 2010, at 1:30 p.m.

Article X Section 6 of the New York District Bylaws states that each chartered club in good standing is entitled, in any District Convention, to three (3) Delegates. The club shall designate one (1) Alternate for each Delegate to the convention.

The form for properly certifying Club Delegates and Alternates is included with this mailing to each club and must be filed with the District Secretary at the New York District Kiwanis Office no later than July 21st, 2010, thirty (30) days prior to the Convention.
