Peter Mancuso reads a letter of thanks from Kiwanis International Vice President Designate Thomas DeJulio thanking the district's Kiwanians for their support in his successful race for International office. DeJulio was visiting other Kiwanis district conventions and was unable to attend. Mancuso had headed up DeJulio's election campaign.
